If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the goods. We will be happy to either provide a full refund of the purchase price as shown on our site or replacement if the item has been damaged in transit.

If you have selected an incorrect colour, please contact our customer service team who will discuss how to best match your shade for your next purchase. We do not refund for incorrect colour choice in most cases.  We do not generally offer a refund or replacement due to
change of mind.

Please keep all original packaging if there is an issue with your order.
If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open or use it, we cannot process returns on used items. Our returns team will provide an Authorisation code and shipping details for the return of the goods
if appropriate.
